Authors: Podovac, Milena; Ivanović, Slobodan; Milojica, Vedran
Abstract: The subject o research in this paper is the satisfaction of foreign tourists with the quality of the
accommodation offer in the city of Belgrade, which represents the most developed and most visited tourist
destination in the Republic of Serbia. The research was conducted on a sample of 262 foreign respondents,
who stayed and used accommodation services in Belgrade. The results of the research showed that foreign
tourists are mostly satisfied with the quality of the accommodation offer, and it was concluded based on the
average scores that the degree of satisfaction is highest in the case of the location of the accommodation
facilities and the competence and friendliness of the employees. However, the degree of satisfaction of foreign
tourists with the quality of the accommodation offer in Belgrade is not at an enviable level when it comes to
the availability of additional facilities in the accommodation facility and the organization of various types of
events. Based on the results of the research, the authors defined guidelines for improving the quality of the
existing accommodation offer in the city of Belgrade, as well as recommendations for future research.2022-01-01T00:00:00ZThe influence of brand elements on loyalty in health tourism destinations: case study of Prolom BanjaPerić, GoranMilojica, VedranPodovac, Milenahttps://scidar.kg.ac.rs/handle/123456789/202352024-02-08T03:01:31Z2022-01-01T00:00:00ZTitle: The influence of brand elements on loyalty in health tourism destinations: case study of Prolom Banja
Authors: Perić, Goran; Milojica, Vedran; Podovac, Milena
Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test the impact of destination brand elements
(image, quality, and awareness) on loyalty in the context of Prolom Banja as a health tourist
destination. The research was conducted on a statistical sample of 172 respondents. The
authors distributed a questionnaire online through the official Facebook profile of Prolom Banja. The impact of destination brand elements on loyalty was tested by using multiple regression. Research results showed
that destination quality and destination awareness make a uniquely significant contribution to destination loyalty prediction, i.e. a positive impact of predictor variables (quality and awareness) on destination loyalty
was identified. Also, the findings show that the image of the destination does not make a
significant unique contribution to the prediction of destination loyalty. The results were discussed, implications and limitations were presented, as well as recommendations for future research.2022-01-01T00:00:00ZUloga javnog sektora i poslovnih udruženja iz oblasti turizma u razvoju gradskog turizma Republike SrbijePodovac, Milenahttps://scidar.kg.ac.rs/handle/123456789/202002024-02-07T03:01:43Z2020-01-01T00:00:00ZTitle: Uloga javnog sektora i poslovnih udruženja iz oblasti turizma u razvoju gradskog turizma Republike Srbije

Abstract: The subject of this paper is business tourism in the towns of the Republic of Serbia. Business tourism
is one of the oldest forms of tourist travel, which in recent times has become represented in a large
number of tourist destinations. Bearing in mind that it is a profitable tourism product, which is not
influenced by seasonality, towns are places where this form of tourism develops in various forms.
Towns of the Republic of Serbia, such as Belgrade and Novi Sad, are recognizable as business tourism
destinations in the Republic of Serbia, while Niš can also be distinguished as a destination that, thanks
to a quality tourist offer, can build the image as a business tourism destination. This paper analyzes
the potentials of these towns for the business tourism development, which enabled the defining the
guidelines for the further development of this form of tourism in the towns of the Republic of Serbia2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
