Abstract

The business secrets appear in а legal and business context as a trade secret and know-how. Trade secrets are information and data characterized by secrecy i.e. confidentiality, importance for competitive position of the trade secret owner and economic value. Know how is a (relative) secret, industrially applicable and transferable knowledge&experience of technical, commercial and financial nature. In both cases secrecy means that undisclosed data, information or knowledge and experience are not generally known or easily accessible.
