Abstract

Although special administrative procedures are numerous and varied, in this research attention will be focused on only some of them. The selection of special administrative procedures to be analyzed was made according to their importance and frequency in practice. Bearing this in mind, the author looks at the institutes and emergent forms of electronic government in: tax procedure, customs procedure, as well as the procedure related to the state survey and cadastre. Also, the author of the paper will refer to inspection supervision and other special administrative regulations that contain electronic government institutes.
