MEASURING TOURISTS' SATISFACTION WITH ELEMENTS OF THE TOURIST OFFER OF THE CITY OF RIJEKA

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists with the elements of the tourist offer of the city of Rijeka. An empirical research was conducted using a structured online questionnaire on the visitors who visited or are planning to visit Rijeka for tourist purposes. The results of the research indicate a somewhat moderate level of satisfaction among tourists, although some improvements are necessary. Based on the findings, developmental guidelines for the improvement of the ity tourist offer of Rijeka were proposed.
