OSVRT NA POSTUPAK POSREDOVANjA U BRAČNIM SPOROVIMA IZ UGLA SRPSKOG PRAVNOG SISTEMA

Abstract

The aim of this research is to indicate on advantages of mediation in the resolution of marital disputes, as this avoids stressful situations not only for conflicting parties, but also for children who are thereby, without their will, drawn into the conflict produced by their parents. With this manuscript, the author tries to explain the mediation procedure in marital disputes, then who carries out the mediation procedure, as well as to point out the importance of such a procedure in this kind of disputes. In conclusion, the author, evaluating the positive sides of the mediation procedure, tries to provide suggestions for greater affirmation of this way of resolving marital disputes.
