Сажетак: Vibrations are a part of everyday life. In mechanical engineering, vibrations are considered an undesirable phenomenon that may have harmful effects on the machine structure. Due to the large number of moving parts and the speed of their movement, the IC engines especially tend to create vibrations. Based on numerous studies, it has been found that vibration measurement can provide a good insight into the state of the engine. An experiment was performed with simultaneous recording of the pressure signal in the cylinder of the engine and the vibration signal on the cylinder part where the combustion process occurs or more precisely where maximum pressure occurs. An analysis of the relationship between pressure in the cylinder and the appearance of vibrations was performed by signal processing.
