Abstract

The paper discusses the application of the rule of law in the European Union and its impact on the processes of strengthening non-unitary constitutive elements in this organization. The importance of the rule of law within the EU cannot be overestimated. It serves as the foundation on which the legal and political systems of the Union are built, providing a framework for the consistent application of the law in all member states. In recent years, the concept of the rule of law within the EU has faced numerous challenges. The paper aims to shed light on the various dimensions of this principle and its key role in shaping the legal and political landscape of the Union, especially in the context of the existing constitutionalization of this organization.
