The influence of the sitting position of tractor driver on the comfort index during the ploughing process and measures for the improvement

Abstract

The most important agricultural machine for work, transport, as well as for other operations is tractor. During the conduction of some task with the tractor on the field/meadow, it comes to the appearance of the noise and vibrations, what directly reflects on the comfort of the tractor driver, and what can outgrow to serious health problems. On the comfort index of the tractor driver influences a several factors, such is the seat, control commands and cabin. This paper shows the individual influence of factors on the tractor driver. Also, it is given the proposal of measures for the improvement of the work of the tractor driver. In the continuous of the paper, it was conducted the analysis of the influence of the work place of the tractor driver on the comfort index. The conducted analysis, indicates that the work place of the tractor driver, which includes seat, control commands and cabin, influences on the comfort and health of the tractor driver.
