Abstract

This paper provides a semantic analysis of authorial anthropocentric phraseological units in the dialectal literary works of Dragoslav Mihailović, with particular focus on those referring to interpersonal relations, ways of life, and life circumstances. The material is examined from the perspective of internal form, pragmatic functions, and stylistic effects within the literary text. By exploring the interaction between phraseology and dialectal narrative structures, the study contributes to a deeper understanding of the linguistic and cultural conceptualization of reality in Mihailović’s works, and offers insights into broader mechanisms of expressiveness and stereotyping in dialectal and authorial language practices.
