dc.description.abstract© 2019 IEEE. The paper presents a new approach to estimation of the dynamic power phasors parameters encountered in power system control and protection areas, based on a new representation of corresponding Gram matrix and Taylor-Fourier expansion in real domain. Owing to the derived analytical expressions, faster and more precise calculations of unknown parameters of processed phasor values are made possible. Simulation results for a wide variety of power system signals with a time-varying amplitude and phase parameters confirm the robustness and accuracy of the new algorithm.-
