dc.description.abstract© 2017 IEEE. A systematic analytical procedure based on the concept of the analytic signal (AS) of Gabor is used to estimate amplitude and phase of input multi-harmonic signal. To this end, assuming the signal fundamental frequency is known in advance (i.e., estimated at an independent stage), the reduction in complexity is achieved owing to completely new analytical and summarized expressions that enable a quick estimation at a low numerical error. The proposed algorithm can be applied in signal reconstruction, spectral estimation, system identification, as well as in other important signal processing problems. The obtained simulation results allow us to establish the performance of the proposed algorithm by comparing its measurement precision with the results obtained using fast Fourier transform (FFT) implementations. It has been found that the proposed algorithm is suitable for real-time applications.-
