This paper presents a model of information flow in the area of the relations of obligations, which is applied at the enterprise Parking Service Kragujevac, Serbia, which can also serve as a general reference model for building the customized model of the enterprise. According to their scope and complexity, the processes that take place within the legal department belong to the more complex processes in an enterprise. This paper presents a model of displayed information flows with the aim to improve the quality of business processes in the specified area and the implementation of the information system.-
