Fitness has been the most common way of spending leisure time in Europe for a long time, and in the Republic of Serbia it represents one of the five most popular sports activities performed in over 2000 organisations (fitness centers) involving around half a million participants. Fitness center services are provided solely on the ground of fitness service contract which is usually concluded as a standard form contract in practice. In his paper, the author considers the issues on grounds for termination of fitness service contracts including grounds for nullity of the contract and possibility for unilateral termination of contract before it has expired.en_US
