dc.description.abstractThe EU level legal framework for combating unfair trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain was enacted by 2019/633 (EU) Directive. That Directive is a result of a long scrutiny performed by European Commission mostly. The paper contains review of documents published, principally, by Commission from 2008 to 2016. This way the author exposed development of idea to legally regulate this area of vertical market relationships at EU level.en_US
