dc.description.abstract | The аim of the author is to present to the readers the real estate market, as well as the sources of financing this market. After the definition, it was emphasized the importance of the real estate market for the national economy, its contribution to the growth of aggregate demand and GDP growth, but also numerous features of the real estate market that make it specific in relation to other markets. Some of these features are attractive to many investors because real estate market is capable to bring big profits.
