dc.description.abstractThe subject of the legal analysis in this paper are the legal mechanisms for the protection of travellers before the conclusion of the package travel contract (precontractual information duty), before the start of the package (transfer of the package to another traveller and the right to terminate the contract) and the rights of travellers in the case of non-performance of the contract (the right to demand proper fulfillment, price reduction, the right to terminate the contract and compensation for damages). The paper analyzes the existing rules contained in the Consumer Protection Act and the newly proposed rules contained in the Draft Consumer Protection Act adopted in accordance with the Directive 2015/2302/EU.en_US
