dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the testamentary form in inheritance law is that as a basic instrument of inheritance planning it enables the realization of the freedom of testation. In recent decades, however, a modern inheritance law has been affected by crisis process, caused by strict testamentary formalities. Hence, the question of reforming testamentary law of the Republic of Serbia arises, and manly goes into direction of its digitalization, primarily through the introduction of the electronic form of will. Of particular importance is a special type of electronic will - custodian will, which involves the provisions that involves all the services related to the testamentary disposal of clients, which to be done by custodian.en_US
