dc.description.abstractThe need to provide legal protection to users of financial services at different stages of the contractual relationship (before, during and after the contract conclusion) resulted in the adoption of appropriate regulations at the national and communal level. These regulations stipulate the conditions and manner of exercising and protecting their rights. The subject of legal analysis in this paper are the rules governing certain banking services (deposit agreement, credit card agreement, overdraft agreement), financial leasing services and financial agreements.en_US
