Qualitative provision of medical services can not be imagined without the involvement of a large number of doctors of different professions, as well as the use of modern medical devices (apparatus). In this way, the quality and efficiency of the provision of medical services are accelerated, but at the same time a higher risk for the health and life of the patient is created. Hence, the issue of the nature of liability for the damage caused by such medical actions, as well as those responsible for the damage caused, is one of the central issues of medical rights and practice.en_US
