Abstract

The analysis of higher education services in the field of legal studies in Serbia in the second decade of the 21st century implies facing existing problems that burden and slow down the modernization of study programs of basic academic law studies. There is no doubt that we are in the field of one of the most prestigious professions whose influence on social development is an indisputable point of its reputation. Such influence is noticed in the key moments of social progress through the history of advanced society changes, which is why more need to pay special attention to the content and method of realization of law study programs in the contemporary serbian higher education system. In this paper, efforts are made to propose certain solutions, whose acceptance would lead to raising the level of quality of knowledge of graduated students of law.
