Abstract

This work analyzes the practice of disabling equal treatment of the scientific research done by teachers and associates in an example of a faculty institution. In an effort of making logical connections between factual description and relevant legal regulation, an attempt has been made in creating an argumentative impression in the necessity of changing the critiqued practice. The author deems no constitutional and lawful basis exists which could justify the evident discrimination. With the conducted research, it has been suggested to cease with such a practice in order to establish a system of complete equality in the sensitive field of maternity law so women recovering from childbirth are given equal treatment of their scientific research during maternity leave.
