dc.description.abstract | In the paper, the author analyzes the issue of human rights in the light of the era of increasing promotion of the protection of personal data as a normatively protected category. The genesis of the development is viewed through the retrospective of the human right to privacy. Then the course of international norms, as well as the political and legal structure of protection in the digital era is analyzed. The General Data Protection Regulation (based on the original name and abbreviation GDPR) contributed to the general regulation and expansion of the issue of the human right to privacy. This was also reflected on the territory of our country. By adopting a new normative framework and predicting protection mechanisms, a new era of digital security has been launched. Along with standardization, public interest in data protection issues is also growing. At the same time, the challenge of adequate education is raised as a necessary substrate when implementing the newspaper. Under this question comes the question of the competence of subjects who should be promoters and regulators of the protection of the human right to privacy on behalf of state authorities. | en_US |
