dc.description.abstract | Synthesis of five novel 2-ferrocenyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-thiones has been achieved in good to excellent yields through the treatment of 2-ferrocenyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones with Lawesson’s reagent. The reaction was performed by refluxing the reactants mixture in toluene overnight. All prepared compounds were characterized by the IR and NMR spectral data. Further, the obtained products were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity. | en_US |
