UTICAJ UKIDANjA USLOVA GRAFIČKOG PREDSTAVLjANjA NA MOGUĆNOST REGISTRACIJE RAZLIČITIH FORMI ZNAKOVA U PRAVU REPUBLIKE SRBIJE

Abstract

With implementing the new Trademark law, in accordance with European law, in Serbian legal system the graphical representation prerequisite was replaced with a new prerequisite that makes available in principle the liberalization of possible trademark forms that could be registred. In following paper the author examines has this change accuatly liberalized trademark registration, and created new possibilities in trademark registration, which is also the aim of the paper. Using the dogmatic method, author analyzes the impact that this change had on registration of sound marks, motion marks, olfactory marks and gustatory marks.
