O vertikalnoj i lateralnoj pisanoj komunikaciji u administrativnom funkcionalnom stilu (na primeru iz udžbenika Biznis srpski)

Abstract

Written communication is one of the key competencies of employees in translation or mediation in business communication. This contributes to building long-term partnerships and realizing the strategic goals of the organization, company, or individual. It is necessary for students who complete their studies of Serbian as a foreign language to know formal communication in order to find a job more easily. This communication in a business environment often takes place in writing. Based on the analysis of the context, recipient, structure, and purpose of the message, grammatical and spelling interventions in the text, and the choice of the form of the document by type and channel of communication, the conciseness, and persuasiveness of the message is ensured. Our corpus is textbooks for Serbian as a foreign language (B and C level). Our goal is to show the documents of an administrative functional style used in teaching to improve the productive and receptive skills of students.
