dc.description.abstractIn her work, the author starts from the changes that were made in the media legislation of the Republic of Serbia in October 2023, which were made through two laws, namely: the Law on Public Information and Media and the Law on Electronic Media. Novelties in the Law on Public Information and Media improve the employment status of journalists and increase transparency in spending public funds. The Law on Electronic Media introduces changes in the future composition and functioning of REM and limits the so-called electronic media. the official election campaign. The author wants to examine how these changes have affected the change in the conditions for the functioning of media entities from the aspect of providing media services.en_US
