dc.description.abstractDuring the lease period, the lessee had the obligation to show certain care in order to prevent damage to the property. This means that he had to take care not only that some of his actions did not reduce the value of things, but also that he did not allow someone else to do so. Otherwise, he was liable for the damage. The paper discusses in what cases, under what conditions and in a which way the lessee was liable if the damage to the leased item was caused by other persons.en_US
