Abstract

Given that there has always been a tendency to complement each other between legal and economic scientific disciplines, the essence of the scientific article will be to indicate the modalities through which economic phenomena and principles find their application in law. In that analysis, bearing in mind the variety of phenomena that fall under law and economics, the author tried to depict the ways in which basic economic principles find their application in a specific legal discipline - nomotechnics, which deals with the way in which law, as social phenomenon, creates. It will be seen in what way and in which situations, when analyzing the way in which law is created, economic principles are questioned and interpreted, as well as how much influence they have on the processes of creating law and legal norms.
