dc.description.abstractAccident insurance contract is the most common form of personal insurance contract. Given that it is a complex legal institution, which includes a wide range of legal issues, this paper will analyze the concept and basic characteristics of an accident insurance contract, the delimitation of an accident insurance contract in relation to a life insurance contract, cumulating compensation and the insured amount and supplementary insurance from the consequences of an accident with life insurance. The subject of the research consists in the answer to disputed questions related to the accident insurance in order to emphasize importance of this contract. In the following text, bearing in mind the complexity of the topic and the limited scope of work, a review will be made of the main specificities of accident insurance contract.en_US
