Artificial intelligence has the potential to significantly impact corporate governance. Therefore, in this paper, the author examines the potential ways in which artificial intelligence can be integrated in corporate governance, and how much integration can affect the structure of corporate boards. Considering that, the promotion of gender diversity on corporate boards through various normative and non-normative measures is the goal, the subject of the paper is to demonstrate which form of application of artificial intelligence, may have its impact on gender diversity. The aim of the paper is to determine the scope and legal implications of this type of AI use. The analysis is conducted from two perspectives. On the one hand, the author presents the potential contributions that the application of artificial intelligence can have in achieving measures intended to promote gender diversity on corporate boards. On the other hand, the paper also examines some of the potential dangers that not only the application, but also the further development of artificial intelligence may have in relation to gender diversity.en_US
