Abstract

With the accelerated development of technology and the permanent improvement of artificial intelligence, the modern world has undergone a profound transformation. Entering all spheres of life, artificial intelligence has left its mark on the basis of legal, political, economic and other social relations, significantly changing the environment and way of life. Such a state of affairs inevitably affects economic growth and development, creating new opportunities and options for investment. Since economic development implies not only the quantitative dimension of GDP due to greater exploitation of capital, but also an improvement in the quality of life of people, it becomes clear that artificial intelligence is becoming a decisive factor in achieving economic progress. Considering that in the current business environment, artificial intelligence is a key factor in economic development, it becomes necessary to build an adequate institutional framework that will enable the creation of a favorable business environment for investing in artificial intelligence and utilizing the benefits of its use in the best possible way.
