The human body is a complex biomechanical system. Its sensitivity to vibrations depends on many factors, such as: body position, muscle tension, frequency, amplitude and direction of vibration. The direct effects of vibrations on the human body over long periods of exposure can seriously and permanently damage some organs of the body. In this paper, we investigated the influence of vibrations on the lumbar part of the human body. The three-dimensional model of lumbar spine has been developed and analyzed. Numerical analyses were determined Von Misses stresses and displacements of the lumbar 3D model, due to one level of vibration.-
