| dc.description.abstract | According to official statistics, the Rekovac municipality is underdeveloped and one of the five oldest municipalities in Serbia. Negative demographic trend of frequent migration, and the declining number of population are a big problem. In order to analyze state of agriculture and rural development in the area of Rekovac, a SWOT analysis was performed. Also was conducted survey in order to assess the attitudes and opinions of residents. The aim of this artical is to point out the development potentials and the necessity of connecting the agricultural and non- agricultural sectors, as well as the negative tendencies and risks. | en_US |
