| Abstract: | Bearing in mind that the tourism and hospitality sector is recently systematically regulated by two new laws - Law on Tourism and Law on Hospitality, this paper provides a review and legal analysis of the rules contained in the previous and current Law on Tourism. The paper covers and analyzes tourism and tourism product development program, designation of tourist space, incentive measures, tourism promotion organizations, travel agencies, tourist professions, rent-a-car services, personal data protection and tourist inspectors. |
