Title: RAZVITAK PRAVA UDRUŽIVANjA U PRIVREDI U FRANCUSKOJ: OD SREDNjOVEKOVNIH MONOPOLA DO LIBERALNIH ZABRANA
Authors: Marinković, Milica
Issue Date: 2019
Abstract: The author in this paper gives an overview of development of the right to associate in economy and labor relations in France in the last decades before and first decades after the Bourgeois revolution. Up until 1789 economy in France was founded on an inherited medieval model of organization. The end of the 18th century marked a turn in regulation of economic relations, which, naturally, had an impact on the way labor relations were set. While guild membership was conditio sine qua non for pursuing any career in economy in the pre-Revolutionary France, it was completely opposite after the Revolution and all forms of association in economy were strictly prohibited. The author in this paper provides an analysis of both theoretical and practical premises of changes that overtook the sphere of economic and labor relations in 19th century France.
