Abstract

The patience and perseverance of scientific research on a certain topic should presumably lead us to expect significant results from such research. Add to that teamwork through a seriously assembled research team, and there is no doubt that we are in the field of methodologically acceptable scientific practice in order to realize hypothetically set goals at the beginning of that journey. Taking into account the scientific research efforts and results of a group of researchers gathered around the central theme of the project defined as "XXI century - the century of services and service law", we are approaching mastering one goal defined in the project title. Therefore, it seems interesting to know the existence of preconditions for the establishment of a special academic discipline that insults exactly the name as it was determined when creating the planned scientific research. That is, the question of the justification of service law as a special academic discipline arises. In this regard, this paper will be devoted in this sense to some reasons that support the justification of the need to study this scientific discipline independently. As we will notice in the paper, there are a number of features that characterize this scientific discipline, and for these reasons there are a number of different conflict situations that in practice, through the rules of this legal discipline, must be resolved.
