The paper emphasizes the accentualization of organizational aspects in the work of inspection services, with special emphasis on the organization of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications when it comes to the organization of inspection services. Otherwise, this administrative department supervises the Consumer Protection Law.
