ZAKLjUČENjE UGOVORA O TURISTIČKIM USLUGAMA

Abstract

One of the issues which has growing importance with respect to agreements on tourist services is the issue of conclusion of these agreements. Legal rules on conclusion of tourist services agreements are different, depending from the kind of agreement on tourist services. From the issue of conclusion of the agreement is often not possible to separate the question of its form, since in the cases of mandatory written form prescribed by the law, acting in accordance with the required form becomes an important element in the procedure of conclusion of one contract. The subject of this paper is analysis of procedure of conclusion of some agreements on tourist services. With that goal, in the paper will be analyzed conclusion of agreement on travel organization, allotment agreement, agreement of catering services, agency agreement of catering services, as well as the conclusion of the agreement on provision of services of providing food and drinks.
