Abstract

This paper discusses the current situation in the service sector in the field of higher education and in the context of the entry into force of new amendments and supplements to the Law on Higher Education. A relatively recent Law on Higher Education, he had to endure quite solid changes after less than a year after his entry into force. Bearing in mind the importance of the higher education itself and the significance of the consequent need for a more effective positive legal regulation of service activity in this area, there can be no doubt about the necessity of the need for analyzing the new laws. For this reason, this paper is dedicated to the critical analysis of the announced amendments and supplements to the Law on Higher Education, as well as pointing to the possible directions of possible new and different solutions in the future, in order to enable service activities in the field of higher education in us, so necessary stability and prosperity.
