Abstract

The increasingly frequent orientation of the activities of sport agents towards finding talented players among the younger population, makes minor athletes a particularly vulnerable category of participants in the system of sports. For this reason, it is particularly important to determine the content of the best interest of the child and to standardize the most suitable measures of legal protection in cases where a sports agent provides representation services for a minor athlete.
