| Abstract: | The subject of the author's attention in the paper is the new German Law for Fair Consumer Contracts. This law amended the German Civil Code in some places and supplemented it in some places. Likewise, the German Law against Unfair Competition was amended. The author gives an overview of old and new legal solutions, as well as the reasons for adopting new legal solutions. |
