Title: Antroponimija Vodičničkog pomenika (Skopska Crna Gora, XVI vek)
Authors: Polomac, Vladimir
Journal: Putevima srpskih idioma
Issue Date: 2015
Abstract: The paper investigates the system of personal names in Vodičnički pomenik (engl. name register) created on the territory of Skopska Crna Gora in the XVI century. Judging by the conducted investigations it can be concluded that the system of personal names in Vodičnički pomenik does not considerably diverge from the state of affairs noted in the Pomenik of an unknown monastery of Lipljan episcopy and Pomenik of the monastery of St. Prohor Pčinjski. In addition to contributing several rare and scarcely certified personal names (Ciglin, Sejan, Malica, Mamica, Malja, Rodica), Vodičnički pomenik is especially significant because it confirms numerous examples of a declension model of male hypocoristics ending in -e with the extension of the base in dependent cases (of the type: Jove: Joveta), noted both in Serbian and Macedonian speeches on both sides of the state border (cf. only the speech of Skopska Crna Gora, Kratovo, Ovče Polje, Polog and Debar speeches in Macedonia; cf. in Serbia the speech of Šar planina rectory Gora, and the speeches of Sredska and Sirinić, južna Metohija).
