Abstract: Electronic administrative procedures, in addition to digital infrastructure, represent the second basic element of electronic administration in Serbia. The fast pace of life and the constant needs of the economy make the work of administrative organizations more efficient and faster, and their services with better accessibility. Therefore, the provision of public services electronically appears as a necessity of modern society and the legal system. Electronic administrative procedure, according to the Law on electronic administration, is defined as any procedure in administrative matters by electronic means and includes: establishment of electronic administrative procedure of authorities, conditions for obtaining and transfer of data and documents, authentication and authorization of users, obligations of authorities in communication between authorities and users in electronic administrative proceedings. The issue of electronic submission, its reception, as well as electronic submission, has also been regulated. It is the author's intention to analyze this important segment of the Law in the paper and point out that, in addition to providing electronic services, administrative organizations must enable digital communication with citizens, business entities and other domestic and foreign organizations. Finally, there is a need to create opportunities for electronic fulfillment of the public duties of all the mentioned subjects.
