dc.description.abstractThis paper presents an overview of previous research in the field of slewing crane dynamics. Emphasis is placed on the gantry slewing cranes but due to the lack of literature in this field into consideration were taken types of cranes whose dynamic and mathematical models can be applied to the aforementioned type of crane. The plan of further research is given at the end of the paper.en_US
