The main directions in this research are focused mainly on the peculiarity and nature of the decision-making process. The desire is to develop and improve a multi-criteria approach to solve logistics and many real problems. The most common issues in the standard multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) technique are obtaining criteria weights, the possibility to work with a large number of criteria and alternatives and ranking and selecting the most desirable alternative. Generally, the produced ranks obtained by different techniques would have different levels of similarities. Kendall's tau-b was selected to analyse the similarities of the produced ranks by proposed approach in a case with a flat and hierarchy structure of criteria. The study demonstrates the robustness of the proposed approach by changing a criteria number and highlights the significance of sensitivity analysis in assessing the reliability of MCDM outcomes.en_US
