| Abstract: | The existence and operation of private providers of military security services initiates a multitude of legal, political, moral and even practical issues. The paper presents and analyzes some of the key legal issues that arise before the doctrine and the official public in the process of regulating this relatively new area of international life. In addition to presentation and explanation, the paper refers to the possibility of applying existing legal concepts to the set problem. |
