Abstract

Human rights and freedoms is a topic that has been current, open and suitable for research since the beginning of civilization. This is because human rights and freedoms are the meaning and starting point of the social order. With man at the center, i.e. his needs and the creation of conditions for preserving the dignity with which he was born, human rights and freedoms are the subject of analysis by many scientific disciplines. The author will deal with the topic of the paper from the aspect of legal science, briefly introducing the readers to the concept and importance of human rights, and then he will focus on the presentation of the types of human rights. Classification is a theoretical issue that is extremely important for practice due to the organized, synchronized and chronological presentation of the rich body of human rights. The understanding of each individual human right is conditioned precisely by following their development paths, and that from the aspect of different initial criteria for their division. A theoretically well-addressed question is an excellent basis for its understanding, and thus its application in practice.
