URBANA KOMASACIJA: EVROPSKI INSTITUT U SRPSKOM PRAVU

Abstract

Depending on the type of land on which it applies, we can talk about two forms of re-parcellation: rural and urban. Since urban re-parcellation is a new institute, introduced as per example of EU countries, and it is not sufficiently known to the domestic public, in this paper the author analyses its specific features, with the aim to popularise it. In the first part of the paper, she introduces us to historical development and regulation of this institute. The next chapter is dedicated to the definition of the notion of urban re-parcellation, objectives it aims to achieve and reasons for implementation. In the following chapters, the author elaborates on the basis and subject of urban re-parcellation, as well on re-parcellation compensation. In the last segment of the paper, she gives an overview of the procedure through which reparcellation is implemented, while in the conclusion she presents results of her research and proposals how to improve regulations around this institute.
