dc.description.abstractWe live in an information era, where most employees, use Information Systems, dealing exclusively with processing information and the work of the same in all forms. Information systems occupy a major place in the management of all activities of the business system. In terms of technology, today has a large number of modern tools for the design of IS and DB. However, in addition to, a large percentage of projects related to development and/or implementation of information systems exceed the budget, break down the terms or does not satisfy customer requirements. This paper analyzes possible causes and possible solutions to this problem.en_US
