Abstract

The paper discusses the issue of violation of the principle of prohibition of discrimination in our higher education. It is difficult to dispute that there is an extremely high level of compliance of domestic positive regulations in the field of higher education with appropriate international standards and norms. , Unfortunately, this is not the case when it comes to their application. Application of certain regulations can directly lead to factual discrimination of a certain number of persons in this area. Precisely for these reasons, the paper is dedicated to a detailed analysis of both the existing positive legal solutions and the practical consequences of their application, in the context of the general social importance of higher education in our society.
